Condition of Equipment – We will provide the information we can gather – but please know that UPRR and Blackmon sell items in the traditional auction form, AS IS/No Warranties or Guarantees regarding condition.

Terms – Colorado state sales tax will be charged at this auction if applicable. Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the bid price of each item/all purchases – This applies to purchases made on site and online. An additional premium of 4% (Total 14%) will be added if bidding online. If you bid online, invoices will be emailed to the email address used at registration immediately after the conclusion of the auction from doug@blackmonauctions.com. Included in this email will be the Invoice and Wire Transfer Instructions and Credit Card Payment Link. Payment is expected the day of the auction or the next morning.

Load Out \ Equipment Removal – There will be *LOAD OUT FEES* applied to each item – This fee per will be posted before the auction. There will be a forklift to assist loading for a few days. I don’t believe there is a loading dock on site. Load Out will likely be the week after the auction. *THERE WILL BE ITEMS THAT REQUIRE A CRANE* These items will likely be scheduled loaded out a couple weeks after the auction in about a 3 day window specified before the auction!  Upon payment you will receive a paid/zero balance invoice – *BRING/SEND THIS INVOICE WITH YOUR DRIVER TO SHOW TO PERSONNEL ON SITE* or you will not be able to remove purchases.

Type Auction/Location of the May 2 In Person/Onsite+Online:

Whether you are onsite or logged into Proxibid, it will progress as a typical live auction. Of course Pre-Bidding, Early Bidding and Max Bidding will be available online – beginning a few days before the auction. We hope to see you here at the Blackmon Auction Complex!

Type Auction/Location of the May 6 Online ONLY:
Equipment and trucks located allll over the U.S. See specific location in the DESCRIPTION of each item – This will be an Online Only Auction. Early Bidding & Maximum Bidding will be available beginning several days before the auction. Bidding will begin a few days before the auction. You can pre-bid throughout the process. You can also enter a maximum bid and Proxibid automated system will bid for you along the bid increments. You can bid during the closing of the auction as well. If a bid is submitted within the last minute of bidding a 60+ second extension will be added.  

Terms:
2% Seller’s Commission will be charged. A Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the bid price of each item/all purchases. An additional premium of 4% (Total 14%) will be added if bidding online. There is no cap to that premium so take that into consideration when bidding. If you bid online, invoices will be emailed to the email address used at registration immediately after the conclusion of the auction from doug@blackmonauctions.com. Included in this email will be the Invoice and Wire Transfer Instructions and Credit Card Payment Link. Payment is expected the day of the auction or the next morning. (Most of you will be exempt most likely but during the May 2 auction in Arkansas applicable Arkansas sales tax will be charged at this auction.)

Load Out \ Equipment Removal at the Blackmon Auction Complex in Arkansas:
There will be forklifts and a crane to assist loading for a few days. Multi Level Loading Docks. Please have your items removed within about a week or so if at all possible. Upon payment you will receive a paid/zero balance invoice – BRING/SEND THIS INVOICE WITH YOUR DRIVER TO SHOW TO PERSONNEL ON SITE or you will not be able to remove purchases.

We are READY now for delivery of your items – Both onsite at 425 Blackmon Road in Lonoke, Arkansas but also via email for the Online Only Auction! Yes, start now! At the Blackmon Yard there are places reserved for your trucks, trailers and equipment! We have RAIL for you rail items to be placed. A fun twist to happy hour this year. The NRC has secured a Premium Luxury Suite for Wednesday evening at the Arkansas Travelers Baseball Stadium which is caddy corner to the headquarters hotel! It is indoor and food and drink will be provided regardless of the weather! Not confirmed yet but Danny Brown may be throwing out the first pitch. *Sponsored by RELAM & MOW Equipment & Delta Railroad Services!* Gates open at 5:35PM and first pitch is at 6:35. Get your tickets in the lobby of the Wyndham between 3 and 4 PM – and maybe we will have some at the auction site during preview…

(Example: Bid $10,000 on an item and the online buyers premium will be $760 thus total price will be $10,760 plus any applicable taxes). There is a seller’s commission charged as well.

Inspection:
Buyers are encouraged to inspect items before bidding. Inspection at this yard is available any time we are open. Of course the closer to auction time you arrive the more items you will be able to see.

Equipment Removal:
All items must be removed within two weeks after the end of the auction. Loaders/forklifts available onsite. Three level loading dock. Hours are Monday-Friday from 8AM – 5PM. Send your auction invoice with your driver – digital copies are acceptable. 

Shipping:
Blackmon Auctions nor the seller will package items for shipping or arrange shipment of items. We suggest customers contact a local shipping company that is used to/capable of handling industrial type items and have them quote this for you. Our team will assist if the shipping company is able to complete their task(s) in the load out time stated in our terms. Buyers are responsible for removing and transporting all purchases.

Storage Fees / Liability:
If you leave your item on this site after the assigned removal date (typically a week or so after the auction) you may be subject to storage fees and your item may be sold in the next auction regardless of price and the net proceeds sent to you after fees are deducted.

Auction Schedule:

Tuesday: Small Stuff Day! Yup it is back! **So we can serve you best have all items delivered for this day by Friday, April 12 by 4:30PM** Cars, Some SUVs, Non Running Pickups and Other Vehicles, Support Items, Shop Items and More. Send your randomers and we will sell them. This day is not online except for some of the vehicles. 

Wednesday: Truck & Trailer Day. Deliver all items by 4:00PM Monday, April 15. Auction Start at 8AM running 2 auctioneers selling truck parts/truck tires then around 9ish switch to 1 auctioneer for the rest of the day selling (lots of ArDOT and More!) Pickups, then Goosenecks, then Big Trucks, Specialty Trucks then Trailers later in the afternoon. All items selling this day will be available for onsite and online bidding.

Thursday: Big Equipment Day. Deliver all items by 4:00PM Monday, April 15. Auction Start at 8AM with likely 2 auctioneers selling LOTS OF support items, toolboxes, LOTS OF attachments and more. Then around 10:30ish switch to one auctioneer for the rest of the day selling yellow iron and rolling stock! All items selling this day will be available for onsite and online bidding.

Condition of Equipment: Remember that this is an auction. Some responsibility lies with the bidder. So many items here run and work well – ArDOT, Rental Companies, Contractors etc. send us good items. Some of the vehicles and machines are trade ins etc. and we don’t know the history on them. We will gather as much info as we can and share but full inspections cannot be done in the time frame we have. When bidding don’t presume too much, watch and listen for announcements, and when you are the successful bidder find a way to love your new purchase, get insurance on it immediately and we hope you auction experience is a successful one!

Could be boats, salvage vehicles, appliances, maybe collectibles, storage sheds, Duck Blinds, camping equipment, antiques, and much , much more. Selling with two auction trucks running all day.  Items this day will sell onsite only!

The Stuttgart Municipal Airport is located seven (7) miles north of Stuttgart, AR. From Interstate 40, take Exit 193 toward Hazen. Go south a couple of miles to Highway 70, turn left and go one (1) mile to Highway 63 and follow south to the Stuttgart Airport sign. Turn right and you will see the sale site.

  • Day 1, 3 & 4 Items – February 19th at 12 Noon. No Exceptions!!

  • Day 2 Items – February 20th at 12 Noon. No Exceptions!!

We ask our customers to please be considerate of the deadlines above….. This allows our team the proper time to align, catalog & tag 2,000+/- items so the sale runs smoothly.

Hours Of Operation

We will be open from 8 AM to 5 PM, seven days a week, during drop off. There will be forklifts and boom lifts available for unloading your items. Contact Blake Staton at 870-830-4540 or blake@blackmonauctions.com to consign your items. Item inspection can be done at your leisure, as items arrive onsite.

Online Bidding
Online bidding will be available on all items being sold Wednesday, Feb 21, Thursday, Feb. 22 and Friday, Feb. 23. Register early here. Contact Doug Tyree at (501) 650-4188 or doug@blackmonauctions.com with any questions regarding the online bidding process.

Terms
There will be 6% buyer’s premium on all items sold (slight additional fee online). Items must be paid for the day of the auction unless you have made other arrangements in advance with Blackmon Auctions. We accept wire transfers, credit cards, cash, or checks with a letter of credit from your bank.

Loadout

  • All items must be removed within seven (7) days of the auction unless you have made prior arrangements with Blackmon Auctions.

  • You or your transport company must have a paid receipt to pickup your item! We will not allow an item to leave the yard without showing a paid receipt.

  • There is a small loading ramp at this yard! Please send the appropriate trailer for your pickup. * We do have forklifts and boom lifts available to assist in loading your items.

  • ***ONLINE & ONSITE BIDDERS*** After 10 days, the gate will be locked and there will NOT be a forklift or crew onsite to assist you with loading your items. This will make pickup extremely difficult and inconvenient for all involved. Blackmon Auctions is not responsible for lost or stolen items left after the loadout time period.

Loadout
All items must be removed by Friday, February 16th. Blackmon checkout crew will have a forklift onsite to assist you with loading until 5:00 pm on February 16th. After that date, you will have to make arrangements to have your equipment loaded at your own expense. There is NO loading dock at this location. Please bring the appropriate trailer to transport your equipment. **If you will be brokering your load, please make sure the driver has a copy of your paid invoice**.

Auction Type:
Public Online Auction. This will be an online only auction. Early Bidding & Maximum Bidding will be available beginning several days before the auction. Bidding will begin a few days before the auction. You can pre-bid throughout the process. You can also enter a maximum bid and Proxibid automated system will bid for you along the bid increments. You can bid during the closing of the auction as well. If a bid is submitted within the last minute of bidding a 60+ second extension will be added.

Item location is specific to each item and will be indicated in the description of each item.

Buyers Premium & Terms:
Buyers Will Be Charged A 10% buyer's premium on all purchases. Invoices will be mailed at the conclusion of the auction from doug@blackmonauctions.com. If you don’t see your invoice in your inbox PLEASE check junk/spam folder! Payment is expected before the end of the day of auction or the next morning.

Equipment Removal:
All items must be removed within a timely manner – see specifics in the description of each item/location. Buyers will be responsible for equipment removal. Items are located at 425 Blackmon Road, Lonoke, Arkansas 72086. Directions: East of Little Rock on Interstate 40 take Exit #169 – Remington Road. Go south on Remington Road one mile and the auction entrance will be on your right. Yard hours are typically Monday – Friday from 8AM to 5PM each day. We will be open one Saturday – Saturday, January 27 from 8 Until Noon.

Buyers Premium/Fees:
All Buyers, Both Onsite And Online, Will Be Charged A 10% buyer's premium on the first $2,000 of each item and 2% on the remainder of each item. An additional 4 % Will Be Charged For The Online Bidding Service Resulting In a Total Of 14 % Buyer's Premium on the first $2,000 of each item and 6% on the remainder of each item For Online Bidding. (Example: Bid $10,000 on an item and the online buyers premium will be $760 thus total price will be $10,760 plus any applicable taxes). There is a seller’s commission charged as well.

Inspection:
Buyers are encouraged to inspect items before bidding. Inspection at this yard is available any time we are open. Of course the closer to auction time you arrive the more items you will be able to see.

Equipment Removal:
All items must be removed within two weeks after the end of the auction. Loaders/forklifts available onsite. Three level loading dock. Hours are Monday-Friday from 8AM – 5PM. Send your auction invoice with your driver – digital copies are acceptable.

Wednesday = Truck & Trailer Day. Deliver all items by 4:00PM Monday, January 29. Auction Start at 8AM with likely running 2 auctioneers selling truck parts/truck tires then around 9ish switch to 1 auctioneer for the rest of the day selling Pickups, then Goosenecks, Big Trucks, then Trailers. All items selling this day will be available for onsite and online bidding. 

Thursday = Big Equipment Day. Deliver all items by 4:00PM Monday, January 29. Auction Start at 8AM with likely 2 auctioneers selling support items, attachments and more. Then around 9ish switch to one auctioneer for the rest of the day selling yellow iron and rolling stock! All items selling this day will be available for onsite and online bidding.

Shipping:
Blackmon Auctions nor the seller will package items for shipping or arrange shipment of items. We suggest customers contact a local shipping company that is used to/capable of handling industrial type items and have them quote this for you. Our team will assist if the shipping company is able to complete their task(s) in the load out time stated in our terms. Buyers are responsible for removing and transporting all purchases.

Storage Fees / Liability:
If you leave your item on this site after the assigned removal date (typically a week or so after the auction) you may be subject to storage fees and your item may be sold in the next auction regardless of price and the net proceeds sent to you after fees are deducted.
