Yard hours are Monday – Friday from 8AM to 4:30PM each day. CLOSED ON WEEKENDS!
Delivery Deadline –
In order to best serve you – Please have all items that will sell on Tuesday, October 28 delivered by NOON THURSDAY, October 23. All items that will sell on Wednesday & Thursday October 29 & 30 deliver by Monday, October 27 at 4PM.
Type Auction –
This will be an onsite auction combined with a virtual online auction! Whether you are bidding in person onsite or logged into Proxibid, it will progress as a typical live auction. Of course Pre-Bidding, Early Bidding and Max Bidding will be available online – beginning a few days before the auction.
Buyers Premium/Fees –
All Buyers, Both Onsite And Online, Will Be Charged A 10% buyer's premium on the first $3,000 of each item and 3% on the remainder of each item.
An additional 4 % Will Be Charged For The Online Bidding Service Resulting In a Total Of 14 % Buyer's Premium on the first $3,000 of each item and 7% on the remainder of each item For Online Bidding.
There is a seller’s commission charged as well.
Inspection –
Buyers are encouraged to inspect items before bidding. Inspection at this yard is available any time we are open. Of course the closer to auction time you arrive the more items you will be able to see.
Equipment Removal –
All items must be removed within two weeks after the end of the auction. Loaders/forklifts available onsite. Three level loading dock. Hours are Monday-Friday from 8AM – 4:30PM. Send your auction invoice with your driver – digital copies are acceptable. Any items left on the yard may be subject to storage fees and are likely to be placed in the next auction and sold to the highest bidder.
Shipping –
Neither Blackmon Auctions nor the seller will package items for shipping or arrange shipment of items – This will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Storage Fees / Liability –
If you leave your item on this site after the assigned removal date (typically a week or so after the auction) you may be subject to storage fees and your item may be sold in the next auction regardless of price and the net proceeds sent to you after fees are deducted.

THREE DAY AUCTION - DAY 1
Tuesday, October 28 = Autos and Small Stuff Day – All items this day will be online – Deliver all items for this day by THURSDAY, October 23 by NOON – Good Cars, Older Pickups, non running cars and pickups, vehicles, some trucks parts, support equipment, tools, shop items, truck tires etc. – The determination of which day an item sells will be made by the Blackmon team who knows where it will be presented and sold best.
THREE DAY AUCTION - DAY 2
Wednesday, October 29 = Truck & Trailer Day. Deliver all items by 4:00PM Monday, October 27. Auction Start at 8AM start selling engines, good cutoffs, non running big trucks, then around 9 ish switch to Pickups, then Goosenecks, then Big Trucks, Specialty Trucks then Trailers likely around lunchtime or after and containers. All items selling this day will be live and online.
THREE DAY AUCTION - DAY 3
Thursday, October 30 = Big Equipment Day. Deliver all items by 4:00PM Monday, October 27. Auction Start at 8AM selling equipment attachments, air compressors, ATVs, Manlifts and other rental equipment and more. Then around 10:00 ish switch to yellow iron and rolling stock! Items selling this day will be available for onsite and online bidding.
Condition of Equipment – Remember that this is an auction. Some responsibility lies with the bidder. So many items here run and work well – Rental Companies, Contractors etc. send us good items. Some of the vehicles and machines are trade ins etc. and we don’t know the history on them. The auction company will provide the information we are able to gather – but please know that Blackmon Auctions sells items in the traditional auction form, AS IS Where Is/No Warranties or Guarantees regarding condition. A complete mechanical inspection by a qualified professional has not been conducted so there may be issues/imperfections that are not known to us. Our estimations of condition are not to be considered a guarantee of functionality now or into the future. Delivery Deadline –
In order to best serve you – Please have all items that will sell on Tuesday, August 26 delivered by NOON Friday, August 22. All items that will sell on Wednesday & Thursday August 27 & 28 deliver by Monday, August 25 at 4PM.
Type Auction –
This will be an onsite auction combined with a virtual online auction! Whether you are bidding in person onsite or logged into Proxibid, it will progress as a typical live auction. Of course Pre-Bidding, Early Bidding and Max Bidding will be available online – beginning a few days before the auction.
Buyers Premium/Fees –
All Buyers, Both Onsite And Online, Will Be Charged A 10% buyer's premium on the first $3,000 of each item and 3% on the remainder of each item.
An additional 4 % Will Be Charged For The Online Bidding Service Resulting In a Total Of 14 % Buyer's Premium on the first $3,000 of each item and 7% on the remainder of each item For Online Bidding.
There is a seller’s commission charged as well.
Inspection –
Buyers are encouraged to inspect items before bidding. Inspection at this yard is available any time we are open. Of course the closer to auction time you arrive the more items you will be able to see.
Equipment Removal –
All items must be removed within two weeks after the end of the auction. Loaders/forklifts available onsite. Three level loading dock. Hours are Monday-Friday from 8AM – 4:30PM. Send your auction invoice with your driver – digital copies are acceptable. Any items left on the yard may be subject to storage fees and are likely to be placed in the next auction and sold to the highest bidder.
Shipping –
Neither Blackmon Auctions nor the seller will package items for shipping or arrange shipment of items – This will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Storage Fees / Liability –
If you leave your item on this site after the assigned removal date (typically a week or so after the auction) you may be subject to storage fees and your item may be sold in the next auction regardless of price and the net proceeds sent to you after fees are deducted.

Tuesday, August 26 = Autos and Small Stuff Day – All items this day will be online – Deliver all items for this day by Friday, August 22 by NOON – Good Cars, Older Pickups, non running cars and pickups, vehicles, some trucks parts, support equipment, tools, shop items, truck tires etc. – The determination of which day an item sells will be made by the Blackmon team who knows where it will be presented and sold best.
Wednesday, August 27 = Truck & Trailer Day. Deliver all items by 4:00PM Monday, August 25. Auction Start at 8AM start selling engines, good cutoffs, non running big trucks, then around 9 ish switch to Pickups, then Goosenecks, then Big Trucks, Specialty Trucks then Trailers likely around lunchtime or after and containers. All items selling this day will be live and online.
Thursday, August 28 = Big Equipment Day. Deliver all items by 4:00PM Monday, August 25. Auction Start at 8AM selling equipment attachments, air compressors, ATVs, Manlifts and other rental equipment and more. Then around 10:00 ish switch to yellow iron and rolling stock! Items selling this day will be available for onsite and online bidding.
Condition of Equipment – Remember that this is an auction. Some responsibility lies with the bidder. So many items here run and work well – Rental Companies, Contractors etc. send us good items. Some of the vehicles and machines are trade ins etc. and we don’t know the history on them.
