Bidding will begin May 30 and lots will start closing June 3 at 10am.

Type of Auction
Public Online Auction. This will be an online only auction. Early Bidding & Maximum Bidding will be available beginning several days before the auction. Bidding will begin a few days before the auction. You can pre-bid throughout the process. You can also enter a maximum bid and Proxibid automated system will bid for you along the bid increments. You can bid during the closing of the auction as well. If a bid is submitted within the last minute of bidding a 60+ second extension will be added.

Item location is specific to each item and will be indicated in the description of each item.

Buyers Premium & Terms
Buyers Will Be Charged A 10% buyer's premium on all purchases. Invoices will be mailed at the conclusion of the auction from doug@blackmonauctions.com. If you don’t see your invoice in your inbox PLEASE check junk/spam folder! Payment is expected before the end of the day of auction or the next morning.

Equipment Removal
All items must be removed within a timely manner – see specifics in the description of each item/location. There will be no assistance loading. Every driver arriving for pick up MUST HAVE the BLACKMON AUCTIONS INVOICE/BILL OF SALE with the ZERO BALANCE DUE or they will not be allowed on the property. A print copy is preferred but a digital copy will be acceptable. A photo of the driver’s drivers license may be recorded at pick up.

EVERYTHING SELLS AS IS IN THE CONDITION IT IS IN. Estimations of condition are not to be considered a guarantee of functionality. No warranties. No guarantees. AS IS.
