This Auction will be conducted at the Knoxville yard at 6704 Old Rutledge Pike, Knoxville, TN 37924. *Watch/read descriptions of each item, as well, to see location.
Type Auction
This will be an onsite auction combined with a virtual online auction! The auction company will set up a screen in the main office @ the Knoxville Yard, and sell all items from there. Whether you are bidding onsite or online, it will progress as a typical live auction. Of course Pre-Bidding, Early Bidding and Max Bidding will be available online beginning a few days before the auction.
Buyer’s Premium
Buyers Will Be Charged A 6% buyer's premium onsite & a 10% buyers premium for online bidders. Online bidders....Invoices will be emailed at the conclusion of the auction and payment is expected within 24 hrs of the auction close.
Inspection

Loadout/Equipment Removal
UPON ARRIVAL....Safety apparel (hard hats, safety glasses, safety toe boots/clothing) are required by NSRR when buyers are coming to pick up.
Buyers/Drivers must have a copy of their paid Blackmon Auctions Invoice in order to pickup items. No items will be allowed to leave without it.
Shipping
Neither Blackmon Auctions nor the seller will prepare items for shipping or arrange shipment of items This will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Collecting Purchased Items:
Buyers and their agents assume all risk, responsibility, and liability for any and all bodily harm, death, or property damage when entering Seller or Auctioneer property to collect purchased auction items. Buyer and agents of further agree to indemnify, release, and hold harmless Seller for any liability or claims arising from any and all bodily harm, death, or property damage in connection with any purchase of or collection of purchased auction items. By registering for this auction and bidding/buying it is expressly implied that you agree to all terms.
