Blackmon Auctions has been commissioned by the Estate of William Lee Keffer to liquidate this  group of farm equipment at auction.

Inspection

Inspection of equipment Monday, December 15th, 9:00 AM until 4:00 PM.  Blackmon Auction Staff will be on hand to assist you with any questions. You may also register for the auction. 

Terms

6% Buyers Commission charged on each item purchased.  Additional 4 % fee for Online Bidding. Payment must be made on the day of the auction.  Cash, Check and Wire Transfers will be accepted. A letter of reference from your lender is required, if the buyer is unknown to Blackmon Auctions.

Loadout

All items must be removed by Thursday, December 18th.  Blackmon checkout crew will have a loader onsite to assist you with loading.  After that date, you will need to make arrangements to have your equipment loaded at your own expense. There is NO loading dock at this location.  If you are brokering your load, please make sure the driver has a copy of your paid invoice.
