Auction Note – The Hendrix & Blackmon Families have been working together for three generations, selling & buying and more! Kent Hendrix is finally retiring and will sell this low hours small group of equipment at this Old School + New School Auction! Equipment right off jobs and well maintained by a hands on (uptight and conscientious! ha) Owner. This will be a good one to end the year on!

Type Auction – This will be ONSITE LIVE plus ONLINE Bidding. Be there for a great auction day. Or bid online. Pre-Bidding, Early Bidding, Max Bidding and virtual live bidding on the close of auction day will be available too – Bidding begins a few days before the auction.

Buyers Premium/Fee/Terms – No Sales Tax will be charged at this auction (One Time/Occassional Sale for End User). Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the bid price of each item/all purchases. And additional 4% Buyers Premium will be added if bidding online for a total of 14%. Invoices will be emailed to the email address used at registration immediately after the conclusion of the auction. Included in this email will be the Invoice and Wire Transfer Instructions and Credit Card Payment Link. Payment is expected the day of the auction or the next day. If you don’t see your invoice in your inbox soon after the last items of the auction sell, please check spam/junk folders. Wire Transfer is preferred. Credit Card payment on purchases totaling under $2,500 only.

Inspection – Buyers are encouraged to inspect items before bidding. Dedicated Day for Inspection is the day before the auction from 8AM-4:30PM. Or by appointment - Contact/Text Kenny Ray McGrew at 501-940-1850.

Load Out \ Equipment Removal – Blackmon Auction will have a telescopic forklift available to assist with loading. There will be some items that you will be responsible to load yourselves and therefore will have to plan on sending a Landoll Type Trailer and the right driver/operator. Please remove all items within ONE WEEK of the auction. Hours are 8AM-4:30 PM. BRING/SEND AUCTION INVOICE WITH YOUR DRIVER TO SHOW TO PERSONNEL ON SITE or you will not be able to remove purchases. Any items left on the yard after a couple weeks or so may be subject to storage fees or you may forfeit the right to those machines.

Shipping – 

Neither Blackmon Auctions nor the seller will package items for shipping or arrange shipment of items – This will be the responsibility of the buyer. 

Storage Fees / Liability – 

If you leave your item on this site after the assigned removal date above you may be subject to storage fees. At some point in time you will forfeit the right to those purchases, and they will be disposed of. Buyers: Upon the fall of the gavel (SOLD) the item becomes your responsibility so please make sure you notify your insurance company etc. 

Condition of Equipment – Blackmon nor the seller offer or imply any guarantees or warranties of condition or functionality. Any guess/estimation of condition printed is based of information gathered from past history but hasn’t been confirmed. Blackmon Auctions sells all items in the traditional auction form, AS IS Where Is/No Warranties or Guarantees regarding condition. A complete mechanical inspection by a qualified professional has not been conducted so there may be issues/imperfections that are not known to us. Our estimations of condition are not to be considered a guarantee of functionality now or into the future. Presumption of functionality beyond the information we are able to provide/determine is the responsibility/liability of the bidder. As Is. We hope your auction experience is a successful one!
