This 3-item auction comes to us from a local finance company. These items appear to be around 2 to 3 years old and seem to be in good working order. See videos, too!
This will be an online only auction. Bidding will begin a week or so before the auction. You can pre-bid throughout the process. *You can also enter a maximum bid and Proxibid automated system will bid for you along the bid increments – THIS OPTION CAN BE OF GREAT HELP IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN MULTIPLE LOTS since during this online auction many lots will end up closing simultaneously due to bid extensions. Place your max bids and the computer does it for you. You can bid during the closing of the auction as well. If a bid is submitted within the last minute of bidding a 45 second extension will be added. Terms of Equipment/Assets – No Sales Tax will be charged at this auction. Buyer’s Premium of 14% will be added to the bid price of each item/all purchases (10% Buyers Premium + 4% Online Fee).
Inspection – Buyers are encouraged to inspect items before bidding. The inspection will be by appointment only. To inspect by appointment: john@blackmonauctions.com or 501-584-4410 for availability.
Invoices/Payment – We’ll email your invoice and payment instructions from accounting@blackmonauctions.com to the address used at registration after the auction. If you don’t see it, please check your junk or spam folder. Payments will not be accepted onsite. Accepted payment methods: wire transfer (preferred), check, or credit/debit card (maximum $2,500).
Load Out \ Equipment Removal – No Loadout or shipping assistance will be provided by the auction company. The location where the items are stored is climate controlled and has a garage for loading. There is NO loading dock. Upon payment you will be emailed a paid/zero balance invoice – BRING/SEND THIS INVOICE WITH YOUR DRIVER TO SHOW TO PERSONNEL ON SITE or you will not be able to remove purchases. Please remove all purchases by FRIDAY, November 28. Make your tentative transport and shipping plans BEFORE the auction.
Condition – Before bidding please know this - that these are being sold in the traditional AS IS WHERE IS condition that has governed auctions since the beginning of auctions. Our descriptions are merely guides and can be considered mostly correct most of the time. We won’t be responsible for any discrepancies in descriptions. None of these item are being sold with a guarantee.
