Auction Note – This auction will help settle the estate. Everything goes.
Location/Address – 868 Ridgeway St, Hot Springs, AR 71901 (Secondary location is 791 Ridgeway just ¼ mile apart)
Type Auction – Public Online Auction. This will be an online only auction. Bidding will begin a few days before the auction ends. You can pre-bid throughout the process. You can also enter a maximum bid and Proxibid automated system will bid for you along the bid increments. You can bid during the closing of the auction as well. If a bid is submitted within the last minute of bidding a 60+ second extension will be added.
Buyers Premium/Fee/Terms – No sales tax will be charged at this auction. Buyers Premium of 14% will be added to the bid price of each item/all purchases – Invoices will be emailed to the email address used at registration immediately after the conclusion of the auction. Included in that email will be the Invoice and Wire Transfer Instructions and Credit Card Payment Link. Payment is expected the day of the auction or the next morning. If you don’t see your invoice in your inbox soon after the last items of the auction sells please check spam/junk folders.
Inspection – Buyers are encouraged to inspect items before bidding. *Inspection – Thursday December 4 from 10AM – 2PM and Friday December 5 from 10AM – 2PM – Go to 868 Ridgeway first to meet Blackmon personnel. Classic Cars/Nov 17 Auction – Start planning this now. Remove purchases made in the Nov 17 auction by Friday Nov 21 or rollback service will move to another location at Buyer’s expense. Due to the nature of these items and the care owners and buyers afford these type items we encourage you to send your own trailer/truck! Start preparing now. If you end up using a broker this is at your own risk. Hopefully if you do use a service like that it will be someone you are very familiar with.
Shop-Tools-More/Dec 1 Auction – Quick turnaround alert! Start planning this now. Remove purchases made in the Dec 1 auction by Friday Dec 5. Start preparing now. Items left after Dec 5 will be moved and stored at the buyers expense.
Shipping – Neither Blackmon Auctions nor the seller will package items for shipping or arrange shipment of items – This will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Storage Fees / Liability – If you leave your item on this site after the assigned removal date above you may be subject to storage fees. Buyers: Upon the fall of the gavel (SOLD) the item becomes your responsibility so please make sure you notify your insurance company etc.
Condition of Equipment – You are the expert/authority when it comes to bidding on these items. Blackmon nor the courts offer or imply any guarantees or warranties of condition or functionality.
