Auction Note:
This auction represents the complete liquidation of all trucks, trailers & RV’s/Motorhomes, etc. Everything Goes!!
All items are offered and sold “As Is, Where Is,” with no guarantees or warranties, either expressed or implied, as to condition, functionality, Description & information was provided as best we could, and is to be considered a guide & not a guarantee. Prospective buyers are encouraged to inspect all items prior to bidding.
Removal Deadline:
All purchases must be removed no later than Friday, December 19.
Please note that these are not Blackmon Yards, and storage fees will accrue for any items remaining after this date. This provides buyers with nearly three full weeks following the auction to arrange removal.
Location / Inspection Information:
All items are located at Lubbock Wrecker Yards, spanning locations from Lubbock to Abilene. Unannounced visits are not permitted.

Type of Auction:
Public Online Only Auction: This event will be conducted as a Public Online-Only Auction.
Bidding will open several days prior to the auction closing date. Participants may place pre-bids at any time during this period. A maximum bid may also be entered, allowing the Proxibid automated system to bid on your behalf in the established bid increments up to your designated maximum.
Bidders may also bid “live time”, during the auction’s closing. If a bid is placed within the final minute of bidding, the system will automatically extend the closing time by 60 seconds or more to allow additional bidding activity.
Buyer’s Premium / Fees / Terms:
No sales tax will be charged for this auction, as all items are traditionally titled assets.
A Buyer’s Premium of 14% will be added to the final bid price of each item.
A $150 per lot staging, set-out, and loading fee will also apply to each item. This fee ensures that, upon arrival for pickup, the wrecker company will retrieve your truck and position it for convenient loading or transport.
Invoices will be emailed to the address used during registration immediately following the conclusion of the auction. The email will include both the invoice and payment instructions, including wire transfer details and a credit card payment link.
Payment is due on the day of the auction or by the following morning. If your invoice does not appear in your inbox after the final lot closes, please check your spam or junk folder.
Load Out / Equipment Removal:
All purchases must be removed by Friday, December 19. Please note that these are not Blackmon Yards, and storage fees of $25 per item, per day will begin accruing after that date. This schedule allows buyers nearly three full weeks following the auction for removal arrangements.
If you intend to use a broker or transport company, it is your responsibility to ensure that they are aware of the removal deadline and all site requirements.
A paid auction invoice must be presented by your driver at the time of pickup to verify release of purchases. No items will be released without proof of payment.
Please arrive with the appropriate trailer or transport equipment for your items. Yard personnel will assist with loading; however, bringing the correct trailer will help ensure a safe and efficient load-out process. If you do not send the correct trailer, seller reserves the right to not load you.
Storage Fees / Liability:
Any items remaining on site after Friday, December 19 will incur a storage fee of $25 per item, per day until removal. After January 1st, remaining items are forfeited & become property of the seller once again.
Upon purchase, all items become the sole responsibility of the buyer. The auction company and property owners assume no liability for loss, theft, damage, or any other occurrence once an item has been declared sold.
