Auction Note – Online Auction!
Tokusen USA is closing their plant in Conway, Arkansas and all assets must be sold and removed.
Location/Address/Locations/Hours –
All items are located at
1300 South Amity Road in Conway, Arkansas. You can’t miss the large Tokusen Building on the access road.
This is a secured facility. No inspections or visits without an appointment except on the auction inspection day.
Type Auction –
This will be an online only auction. All bids will be place on our online bidding platform powered by Proxibid. Please register early ad it can take up to 24 hours to be approved.
Buyers Premium/Fees –
All Buyers Online, Will Be Charged A 10% buyer's premium.
An additional 4 % Will Be Charged For The Online Bidding Service.
Inspection –
Buyers are encouraged to inspect items before bidding. Open inspection will be July 23RD from 8:00a.m. to 4:00p.m. THIS IS A CLOSED FACILTIY, PLEASE DO NOT SHOW UP WITHOUT NOTICE GIVEN TO BLACKMON AUCTIONS.
Equipment Removal –
All items must be removed within one week after the end of the auction. Loaders/forklifts available onsite. Three level loading dock. Hours are Monday-Friday from 8AM – 4:00PM. Send your auction invoice with your driver – digital copies are acceptable. Any items left may be subject to storage fees or sold for scrap with proceeds going to Tokusen.
Shipping –
Neither Blackmon Auctions nor the seller will package items for shipping or arrange shipment of items – This will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Storage Fees / Liability –
If you leave your item on this site after the assigned removal date (typically a week or so after the auction) you may be subject to storage fees and your item may be sold to a scrapper and the net proceeds sent to you after fees are deducted.
Auction Schedule
The auction will start closing at 8:00a.m. on July 24th. Items will close consecutively during the day.
Condition of Equipment – Remember that this is an auction. Some responsibility lies with the bidder. The auction company will provide the information we are able to gather – but please know that Blackmon Auctions sells items in the traditional auction form, AS IS Where Is/No Warranties or Guarantees regarding condition. A complete mechanical inspection by a qualified professional has not been conducted so there may be issues/imperfections that are not known to us. Our estimations of condition are not to be considered a guarantee of functionality now or into the future. Presumption of functionality beyond the information we are able to provide/determine is the responsibility/liability of the bidder. As Is. We hope your auction experience is a successful one!
