Auction Note – This auction will liquidate all assets as directed. All items must go. All items function as to be expected given age and miles/hours except where noted. All items need to be removed on Monday & Tuesday, August
Location/Address – Items are located at 189 Hlavek Road, Decatur, Texas 76234 (Personal Residence – Do not go to this property unannounced)
Type Auction – Public Online Auction. This will be an online only auction. Bidding will begin a few days before the auction ends. You can pre-bid throughout the process. You can also enter a maximum bid and Proxibid automated system will bid for you along the bid increments. You can bid during the closing of the auction as well. If a bid is submitted within the last minute of bidding a 60+ second extension will be added.
Buyers Premium/Fee/Terms – Applicable Texas sales tax will be charged at this auction. Buyers Premium of 14% will be added to the bid price of each item/all purchases. Invoices will be emailed to the email address used at registration immediately after the conclusion of the auction. Included in this email will be the Invoice and Wire Transfer Instructions and Credit Card Payment Link. Payment is expected the day of the auction or the next morning. If you don’t see your invoice in your inbox soon after the last items of the auction sells please check spam/junk folders.

Load Out \ Equipment Removal – All item must be removed on the Monday and Tuesday following the auction which is August 4 & 5. Start making your plans now, prior to bidding. If you choose to use a broker make sure you and they know this. After those days a “Call Out Fee” will be charged for each item. THERE WILL BE NO ASSISTANCE LOADING OR MOVING THESE ITEMS. BRING/SEND AUCTION INVOICE WITH YOUR DRIVER TO SHOW TO PERSONNEL ON SITE or you will not be able to remove purchases. .
