Auction Note – For many years the Meek Family, proudly operated the Stardust Ranch as a horse boarding facility. They created countless lasting memories and friendships with fellow horse lovers & families throughout the community. After an incredibly rewarding chapter, the family has decided to pursue new business adventures, resulting in the recent sale of the ranch. With that transition comes the opportunity for Blackmon customers to bid on quality farm and ranch equipment, implements, tools, covered structures, barns, all fixtures on a newly remodeled home, one modular home, a vintage windmill, some tack, arena items, horse panels and more!!!!

Type Auction – This will be an ONLINE ONLY auction. You can bid from anywhere in the world! Pre-Bidding and Max Bidding will be available beginning a couple of weeks before the auction.
Buyer’s Premium/Fee/Terms - Equipment – Buyers Premium of 10%, plus 4% online fee will be added to the bid price of each item/all purchases – Invoices will be emailed to the email address used at registration, immediately after the conclusion of the auction. Included in this email will be the Invoice and Wire Transfer Instructions and Credit Card Payment Link. Payment is expected on the day of the auction or the next morning. If you don’t see your invoice in your inbox soon after the last item of the auction sells, please check spam/junk folders.
Inspection – Buyers are encouraged to inspect items before bidding. Inspection is the day before the auction from 8AM-4:30PM. To inspect early contact Bo Dottley at 501-944-0921– call or text – and see when that works for all.
Load Out \ Equipment Removal – We will have a telescopic forklift to help load for a few days. Please remove all items within a week of the auction. Hours are 8AM-4:30 PM. BRING/SEND AUCTION INVOICE WITH YOUR DRIVER TO SHOW TO PERSONNEL ON SITE or you will not be able to remove purchases. Any items left on site after a week will be subject to storage fees of $25 per day/per item.

Shipping – Blackmon Auctions will not ship any items to winning bidders. Bidders are responsible for arranging their own pick up and or shipping.
Neither Blackmon Auctions nor the seller will package items for shipping or arrange shipment of items – This will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Liability –
Buyers: Upon the fall of the gavel (SOLD) the item becomes your responsibility so please make sure you notify your insurance company etc.
Condition of Equipment –Blackmon nor the seller offer or imply any guarantees or warranties of condition or functionality. Blackmon Auctions sells all items in the traditional auction form, AS IS Where Is/No Warranties or Guarantees regarding condition.
