Auction Note
NO PAYMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED ON SITE. NO CASH PAYMENTS. This auction will liquidate all repossessed items. All items must go.

All items sell in the traditional auction condition, As Is, with no guarantees or warranties implied or suggested, of functionality or condition.

Removal Deadline: All purchases must be removed by Friday, October 23rd. This is not a Blackmon yard, and storage fees will begin accruing after the removal deadline.

Please Note: A $100 per trailer Admin Fee will be charged and added to the price of each trailer.

Type Auction: Public Online Auction. This will be an online only auction. Bidding will begin a few days before the auction ends. You can pre-bid throughout the process. You can also enter a maximum bid and Proxibid automated system will bid for you along the bid increments. You can bid during the closing of the auction as well. If a bid is submitted within the last minute of bidding a 60+ second extension will be added.

Buyers Premium/Fee/Terms
NO PAYMENTS ON SITE. Sales Tax will be charged on all non-titled items/equipment. Buyers Premium of 14% will be added to the bid price of each item/all purchases. A $100 per item admin fee will be charged on items located in Texas and added to the price of each item. Invoices will be emailed to the email address used at registration immediately after the conclusion of the auction. Included in this email will be the Invoice and Wire Transfer Instructions and Credit Card Payment Link. Payment is expected within 3 days of the auction. If you dont see your invoice in your inbox soon after the last items of the auction sells please check spam/junk folders. NO PAYMENTS ON SITE. Wire Transfer or Credit Card Payments only.

Inspection
Inspection will be by appointment only. To schedule inspection text Billy at 501-352-4703 with your preferred day and time during regular business hours.

Load Out Equipment Removal
NO PAYMENTS ON SITE. Please remove purchases by Friday, October 23th this is not a Blackmon Yard and storage fees will begin after that date If you choose to use a broker make sure you and they know this. BRING/SEND AUCTION INVOICE WITH YOUR DRIVER TO SHOW TO PERSONNEL ON SITE or you will not be able to remove purchases.
Removal of items in Texas:
To ensure a smooth pickup process, all buyers are required to contact Auction Site at least 24 hours in advance to schedule their removal. Please note that unscheduled arrivals may result in a 24-hour delay before item removal can be accommodated.

Condition of Equipment
Blackmon nor the seller offer or imply any guarantees or warranties of condition or functionality. Any guess/estimation of condition printed is based of information gathered from past history. Blackmon Auctions sells all items in the traditional auction form, AS IS Where Is/No Warranties or Guarantees regarding condition. A complete mechanical inspection by a qualified professional has not been conducted so there may be issues/imperfections that are not known to us. Our estimations of condition are not to be considered a guarantee of functionality now or into the future. Presumption of functionality beyond the information we are able to provide/determine is the responsibility/liability of the bidder. As Is. We hope your auction experience is a successful one!
