Bidding begins closing on Thursday, June 11 beginning at 10AM
Auction Note – NO PAYMENTS ON SITE. This auction will liquidate all repossessed trailers. All items must go. All trailers have titles. All items sell in the traditional auction condition, As Is, with no guarantees or warranties implied or suggested, of functionality or condition. Please remove purchases by Friday, June 26 – this is not a Blackmon Yards and storage fees will begin after that date. A $100 per trailer Admin Fee will be charged and added to the price of each trailer.
Location/Address – These trailers are in a secure storage yard in an industrial area. The Main Office Location is APPROX 4520 Coal Mine Road, Laredo, Texas where you will present the BLACKMON AUCTIONS INVOICE marked PAID IN FULL which will serve as your authorization to remove items and the Trailers actual Location is just a 100 yards south and west of the main office at Approx 141-105 Sulfur Mine Rd, Laredo, Texas. Please Pre-Prepare and familiarize your drivers with this location and procedure.
Type Auction – Public Online Auction. This will be an online only auction. Bidding will begin a few days before the auction ends. You can pre-bid throughout the process. You can also enter a maximum bid and Proxibid automated system will bid for you along the bid increments. You can bid during the closing of the auction as well. If a bid is submitted within the last minute of bidding a 60+ second extension will be added.
Buyers Premium/Fee/Terms – NO PAYMENTS ON SITE. No sales tax will be charged at this auction as all items are titled items. Buyers Premium of 14% will be added to the bid price of each item/all purchases. A $100 per trailer admin fee will be charged and added to the price of each trailer. Invoices will be emailed to the email address used at registration immediately after the conclusion of the auction. Included in this email will be the Invoice and Wire Transfer Instructions and Credit Card Payment Link. Payment is expected the day of the auction or the next morning. If you don’t see your invoice in your inbox soon after the last items of the auction sells please check spam/junk folders. NO PAYMENTS ON SITE. Wire Transfer or Credit Card Payments only.
Inspection – Inspection will be by appointment only. To schedule inspection text Bo at 501-944-0921 with your preferred day and time during regular business hours.
Load Out \ Equipment Removal – NO PAYMENTS ON SITE. Please remove purchases by Friday, June 26 – this is not a Blackmon Yard and storage fees will begin after that date – If you choose to use a broker make sure you and they know this. BRING/SEND AUCTION INVOICE WITH YOUR DRIVER TO SHOW TO PERSONNEL ON SITE or you will not be able to remove purchases.
Storage Fees / Liability – Items remaining after Friday, June 26 will be charged storage fees. Once you buy an item it becomes your responsibility.
Condition of Equipment – Blackmon nor the seller offer or imply any guarantees or warranties of condition or functionality. Any guess/estimation of condition printed is based of information gathered from past history. Blackmon Auctions sells all items in the traditional auction form, AS IS Where Is/No Warranties or Guarantees regarding condition. A complete mechanical inspection by a qualified professional has not been conducted so there may be issues/imperfections that are not known to us. Our estimations of condition are not to be considered a guarantee of functionality now or into the future.
