Auction Note – With the recent sale of the Leis Creek Ranch, the Landers Family has decided to liquidate all ranch equipment & the contents of their ranch house. Tractors, Truck Tractors, Skid Steer, Loaders, Utility & Livestock Trailers, ATV’s, Cattle Equipment, Hay Equipment, Tools, Support Equipment, Ranch House Contents & More!!

Type Auction – This will be a Live & Online auction. You can bid from anywhere in the world! Pre-Bidding and Max Bidding will be available beginning a couple of weeks before the auction.
Buyer’s Premium/Fee/Terms – Buyers Premium of 8%, plus 4% online fee will be added to the bid price of each item/all purchases – Please pay the day of the sale if onsite.
Invoices for online bidders will be emailed to the email address used at registration, immediately after the conclusion of the auction. Included in this email will be the Invoice and Wire Transfer Instructions and Credit Card Payment Link. Payment is expected on the day of the auction or the next morning. If you don’t see your invoice in your inbox soon after the last item of the auction sells, please check spam/junk folders.
Inspection – Buyers are encouraged to inspect items before bidding. Inspection is the day before the auction from 8AM-4:30PM. To inspect early contact Bo Dottley at 501-944-0921– call or text – and see when that works for all.
Load Out \ Equipment Removal – We will have a telescopic forklift to help load until October 1st.
*****Please Note….The ranch has sold, and the new owners must insist that ALL ITEMS BE REMOVED FROM THIS LOCATION BY 5PM October 1st, NO EXCEPTIONS!!!****** Any remaining items after Oct 1st will be moved to another yard and buyers will be charged transport and storge fees!********
Hours are 8AM-4:30 PM until Oct 1st. BRING/SEND AUCTION INVOICE WITH YOUR DRIVER TO SHOW PERSONNEL ONSITE or you will not be able to remove purchases.
Shipping – Blackmon Auctions will not ship any items to winning bidders. Bidders are responsible for arranging their own pick up and or shipping.
Neither Blackmon Auctions nor the seller will package items for shipping or arrange shipment of items – This will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Liability –
Buyers: Upon the fall of the gavel (SOLD) the item becomes your responsibility so please make sure you notify your insurance company etc.
Condition of Equipment –Blackmon nor the seller offer or imply any guarantees or warranties of condition or functionality. Blackmon Auctions sells all items in the traditional auction form, AS IS Where Is/No Warranties or Guarantees regarding condition.
