Auction Notes
Selling a good clean list of equipment. If you need an extra tractor this is the sell to buy one. We have John Deere and CIH. All equipment sells “as is where is”.

Inspection
You may inspect the equipment and register on Monday July 7th from 9 AM until 4 PM.  Blackmon Auction Staff will be on hand to assist you with any questions.

Terms
5% Buyers Commission charged on each item purchased and an additional 4% fee to bid online.  Payment must be made on the day of the auction.  Cash, Check, Credit Cards and Wire Transfers will be accepted. A letter of reference from your lender is required if the buyer is unknown to Blackmon Auctions.

Loadout
All items must be removed by Thursday, July 10th. The Blackmon checkout crew will have a forklift onsite to assist you with loading.  After that date, you will need to make arrangements to have your equipment loaded at your own expense. There is NO loading dock at this location. If you are brokering your load, please make sure the driver has a copy of your paid invoice.
