Drop Off – Tue May 19th until Tue May 26th. 8-4:30 M-F, Closed On The Weekend. There Will Be A Forklift & Crew Onsite To Assist In Unloading Your Items. We will be closed for Memorial Day.

Type Auction – This will be an onsite auction combined with a virtual online auction – Best of Both Worlds! Old School – You can bid onsite during the live auction AND New School – You can bid from anywhere in the world! Whether you are bidding in person onsite or logged into Proxibid to bid online, it will progress as a typical live auction. Pre-Bidding, Early Bidding and Max Bidding will be available online – beginning a few days before the auction.
Buyers Premium/Fee/Terms - Equipment –Buyers Premium of 6% will be added to the bid price of each item/all purchases – This applies to purchases made on site and online. An additional premium of 4% (Total 10%) will be added if bidding online. If you bid online, invoices will be emailed to the email address used at registration immediately after the conclusion of the auction. Included in this email will be the Invoice and Wire Transfer Instructions and Credit Card Payment Link. Payment is expected the day of the auction or the next morning. If you don’t see your invoice in your inbox soon after the last items of the auction sells please check spam/junk folders.
Inspection – Buyers are encouraged to inspect items before bidding. Inspection is the day before the auction from 8AM-4:30PM. To inspect early contact Bo Dottley at 501-944-0921– call or text – and see when that works for all.
Load Out \ Equipment Removal – We will have a telescopic forklift to help load for a few days. Please remove all rolling stock and “loose” items within a week of the auction. Hours are 8AM-4:30 PM. BRING/SEND AUCTION INVOICE WITH YOUR DRIVER TO SHOW TO PERSONNEL ON SITE or you will not be able to remove purchases. Any items left on the yard after a week or so may be subject to storage fees of $25 per day/per item.
*****Please Note**** There Is No Loading Dock At This Location. Please Bring The Appropriate Trailer To Pick Up Your Items!!
Shipping –
Neither Blackmon Auctions nor the seller will package items for shipping or arrange shipment of items – This will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Liability –
Buyers: Upon the fall of the gavel (SOLD) the item becomes your responsibility so please make sure you notify your insurance company etc.
