Type Auction – This Will Be A Live & Online Auction. Pre-Bidding, Early Bidding and Max Bidding will be available online – beginning a few days before the auction.
Buyers Premium/Fee/Terms – Applicable Texas state sales tax will be charged at this auction. As you will see most of the items carry titles and thus will not be taxed on your auction invoice. Buyers Premium of 8% will be added to the bid price of each item/all purchases. An additional premium of 4% (Total 12%) will be added if bidding online. If you bid online, invoices will be emailed to the email address used at registration, immediately after the conclusion of the auction. Included in this email will be the Invoice and Wire Transfer Instructions and Credit Card Payment Link. Payment is expected the day of the auction or the next morning. If you don’t see your invoice in your inbox soon after the last items of the auction sell, please check spam/junk folders.
Inspection – Buyers are encouraged to inspect items before bidding. Inspection is the day before the auction from 9AM-4:00PM. If You Can't Make Inspection Day, Please Contact Bo Dottley, Auction Mgr. (501) 944-0921, To Schedule A Time.
Load Out \ Equipment Removal – All equipment must be removed by October 28th @ 4:30 PM, unless you have made prior arrangements with Blackmon Auctions. **Please Note – There Is NO Loading Dock At This Yard!!!! Please bring the appropriate trailer to transport your items. **If you will be brokering your load, please make sure the driver has a copy of your paid invoice!! No items will be allowed to leave the yard without a paid receipt.
Storage Fees / Liability – ****After October 28th, There will Be A $25 Per Day, Per Item, Storage Fee On Any Items Left.***
Buyers - Upon the fall of the gavel (SOLD) the item becomes your responsibility so please make sure you notify your insurance company etc.
