Type Auction - This will be an online only auction. Bidding will begin a few days before the auction. You can pre-bid throughout the process. You can also enter a maximum bid and Proxibid automated system will bid for you along the bid increments. You can bid during the closing of the auction as well. If a bid is submitted within the last minute of bidding a 45 second extension will be added. Items begin closing at 9AM CST on Friday, May 5!
LOCATIONS – Item location is specific to each item and will be indicated in the description of each item.
BUYERS PREMIUM & TERMS - Buyers Will Be Charged A 10% buyer's premium on all purchases. Invoices will be emailed at the conclusion of the auction from doug@blackmonauctions.com. If you don’t see your invoice in your inbox PLEASE check junk/spam folder! Payment is expected before the end of the day of auction or the next morning.
EQUIPMENT REMOVAL - All items must be removed within a timely manner. Please see notes on each item regarding load out – Some will have lots of assistance and some will not. Contact the person listed for each item BEFOR sending a truck. And make sure to send the right truck and trailer and the right driver! SEND YOUR PAID AUCTION INVOICE WITH YOUR DRIVER OR THEY WILL NOT BE LOADED.
