Yard Open Mon – Fri 8-5, Sat 8-Noon, Closed Sunday

We will accept items until 4:30 PM on Sept 16th

Terms/Payment
There will be 6% buyer’s premium on all items sold. Full Payment must be made the day of the auction unless you have made other arrangements in advance with Blackmon Auctions. Accepted Forms Of Payment: Cash, Check, Wire & Credit Card (3% processing fee). **PLEASE NOTE…Returned checks will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, no exceptions.**
Load Out - Starting Day of Sale.
8-5 Mon – Friday, Saturday 8-Noon, Closed Sunday. All Items Must be removed by 4:30 October 3rd .***Please Note…After October 3rd, you will be charged a $25 per day storage fee, per item, payable to the property owner before you may remove the item.
******Attention******Online buyers : You or your driver must present a copy of your paid invoice when you pick up your items.
