Description – Items/Bidding closes Friday, August 15 beginning at 9AM. Selling all remaining assets of this packaging and display company – Cutting Tables, Large Format Printers, More! Scroll below and more equipment details hopefully to follow as we catalog etc.
Auction Note – This auction will liquidate all assets as directed. All items must go. This was an operating business up until a few months ago. All items sell in the transitional auction condition, As Is, with no guarantees or warranties implied or suggested of functionality or condition. All items need to be removed by the end of month, August 29 – this warehouse space is leased and going back to the property owner.
Location/Address – Items are located at 1603 N 35th St, Rogers, AR 72756 (Leased Warehouse – Do not go to this property unannounced. To schedule inspection text Bill at 501-352-4703 with your preferred day and time during regular business hours)
Type Auction – Public Online Auction. This will be an online only auction. Bidding will begin a few days before the auction ends. You can pre-bid throughout the process. You can also enter a maximum bid and Proxibid automated system will bid for you along the bid increments. You can bid during the closing of the auction as well. If a bid is submitted within the last minute of bidding a 60+ second extension will be added.
Buyers Premium/Fee/Terms – NO sales tax will be charged at this auction. Buyers Premium of 14% will be added to the bid price of each item/all purchases. Invoices will be emailed to the email address used at registration immediately after the conclusion of the auction. Included in this email will be the Invoice and Wire Transfer Instructions and Credit Card Payment Link. Payment is expected the day of the auction or the next morning. If you don’t see your invoice in your inbox soon after the last items of the auction sells please check spam/junk folders.
Inspection – Inspection will be by appointment only. To schedule inspection text Bill at 501-352-4703 with your preferred day and time during regular business hours.
Load Out \ Equipment Removal – Start planning now please. All items except the bigger machines like the cutting tables and big printers need to be removed by Friday, August 22. Hours will be Mon-Fri 8AM-4:30PM. All others items must be removed by August 29 – This warehouse space is leased and the floor space needs to be cleared. Start making your plans now, prior to bidding. If you choose to use a broker make sure you and they know this. BRING/SEND AUCTION INVOICE WITH YOUR DRIVER TO SHOW TO PERSONNEL ON SITE or you will not be able to remove purchases.
Storage Fees / Liability – Items remaining after those dates above will be subject to storage and other fees. Once you buy an item it becomes your responsibility.
