A New Year

A new year is upon us and we are already gearing up for an exciting new year at Blackmon Auctions.  We already have numerous annual auctions booked for the next year.  From six auctions at our central Arkansas facility, four auctions at our Muskogee yard, our large hay equipment auction at Morrillton, and you can't forget our 50+ year-old, six-day farm auction called "Backgate.”  That’s just 10 auctions out of the 50 we do each year.  So where do the other 40 come from?  Customers like you.

A new trend we are seeing in our auctions is what one customer termed "Rightsizing.”  Every contractor I know has equipment and miscellaneous goods sitting on their yard from old jobs, overstock, unused parts and old machines.  Those same contractors do not realize how much money they have sitting in that equipment.  Call us and we will come to you, appraise, arrange, organize, advertise, and sell all of that equipment and put money in your pocket on the day of the sale.  It's one of our specialties and something that sets us apart from the "other guys.”

So, for your New Year’s resolution this year, think about losing all of that excess weight in equipment instead of those extra pounds.  I promise we will make easier on you and a lot more fun.
