Registration & Auction Format & Online Bidding
In order to bid at this auction you must register and receive a bid number. You will register at the auction site. You will need a Driver’s License or Passport. There is no fee for registration. This is a live public auction. Go to www.proxibid.com/blackmon or go to www.blackmonauctions.com and click on the Proxibid link.
Register early. Don’t wait until the morning of the auction - That could delay your approval. We want you online with us!
● In order to be approved to bid at this auction, log into your Proxibid account and click on “Click Here to get pre-approved to bid”.
● If you have been approved to bid at a Blackmon Auction in the past email doug@blackmonauctions.com with an approval request.
Your request will be reviewed and you will receive a reply from Doug.
● New customers and ones who haven’t participated in a while, a bank letter is required to be approved to bid. Email that letter to doug@blackmonauctions.com or fax to 501-664-4538.
● If you cannot provide a bank letter of credit from a U.S. bank a $10,000 minimum deposit by wire transfer or 25% deposit of expected purchases (whichever is greater) is required in order to be accepted to bid.

The Contractors Auction Schedule
Wednesday: we will sell over 2,000 lots OF Parts, Tools, Building Materials, More
Thursday : Start on tires and truck parts at 8AM, at 10AM we will sell pintle hitch trailers and then we will begin selling Trucks. We will sell trucks for possibly 4 hours – LOTS of them. Mid afternoon we will begin selling Lowboys and other equipment trailers.
Friday : Start on Attachments, Generators, Pumps and More Support Items and then we will start selling Forklifts, Mowers, Skid Steers, Backhoes, then Dozers,Articulated Trucks, Graders, Excavators, Cranes, Compactors, Chip Spreader, Mini-Excavators… Then Farm stuff and Misc items.

Auction Location & Directions / Yard Hours / Equipment Delivery / Equipment Inspection
Address: 425 Blackmon Road, Lonoke, Arkansas 72086 Directions: 11 Miles east of Little Rock on Interstate 40. Take exit #169 (Remington Road/Highway 15). Go south exactly 1 mile. For a map email billy@blackmonauctions.com
Delivery: Begin delivering your items to the auction NOW. We have loading docks and telescopic forklifts to assist in unloading. We recommend that you deliver your items, if possible, the week before the week of the auction.
Delivery Deadline: All items to be sold on Wednesday’s auction must arrive by Monday before 5PM the week of the auction. All other items must arrive by Tuesday before 5PM the week of the auction.
Hours: Our hours are Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM. We will be open the Saturdays before and after the auction from 8AM ‘til noon.
Inspection: You are welcome to inspect any equipment that has arrived any time our yard is open for accepting equipment delivery. If you would like for an independent mechanic to inspect your items of interest for a fee please contact Danny Thompson 501-553-8633 or Bubba Wood 501-442-6505 with SRS-Storage Rental & Service. This inspection is independent of Blackmon Auctions.
Terms
A 1% (One Percent) Buyer’s Commission will be charged on every item that sells for more than $ 1,000.00. A Ten Percent Buyer’s Commission will be charged on every item that sells for $ 1,000 or less. We pay our sellers 1 week after the auction. A Complete Payment in U.S. Funds must be made on the day of the auction. We accept personal and company checks only with a guaranteed letter of credit from your bank. Please fax that letter to 501-664-4538 and present the original when registering at the auction. We accept cash. We do not accept credit cards. If you are using a finance/leasing company to pay, contact us prior to the auction and inform us of the payment policy. If you would like to wire transfer funds, please call for pre approval. Applicable Arkansas Sales Tax Laws apply. You will be charged the tax unless you can provide us with a copy of a resale exemption form.
Removal of Equipment
Remove all items as soon as possible. All equipment must be removed within two weeks of the auction.
