Registration & Auction Format & Online Bidding
In order to bid at this auction you must register and receive a bid number. You will register at the auction site. You will need a Driver’s License or Passport. There is no fee for registration. This is a live public auction. Go to www.proxibid.com/blackmon or go to www.blackmonauctions.com and click on the Proxibid link.
Register early. Don’t wait until the morning of the auction - That could delay your approval. We want you online with us!
● In order to be approved to bid at this auction, log into your Proxibid account and click on “Click Here to get pre-approved to bid”.
● If you have been approved to bid at a Blackmon Auction in the past email doug@blackmonauctions.com with an approval request.
Your request will be reviewed and you will receive a reply from Doug. ● New customers and ones who haven’t participated in a while, a bank letter is required to be approved to bid. Email that letter to doug@blackmonauctions.com or fax to 501-664-4538.
● If you cannot provide a bank letter of credit from a U.S. bank a $10,000 minimum deposit by wire transfer or 25% deposit of expected purchases (whichever is greater) is required in order to be accepted to bid.

Auctioneer notes : This Muskogee yard has become a place where contractors can sell equipment right off the jobs - Whenthey don't have enough items for their own auction ( Blackmon still does on site auctions all over the U.S. ) they bring it here! Counties, Other Contractors and Finance Companies are selling good items in this auction. Most of these items were on the jobs working. There will be many more items at this auction so come for contractor owned equipmentr and be prepared for more!
Auction Schedule & Equipment Inspection : The auction will begin at 9:00 AM Central Time. You can begin delivering and inspect all items that have arrived at the auction site during our regular business hours. We will be open beginning Monday, 03/05/2012 from 8AM to 5PM Monday-Friday and 8`til noon on Saturday or longer if needed - Just contact Billy Hartnedy at 501-352-4703 before that Saturday.
Terms of Sale : A 5% Buyers Premium will be charged an all purchases at this auction and 8% for all online items won.
Payment : A complete payment in U.S. Funds must be made on the day of the auction. We accept personal and company checks only with a Loc from your bank. Please fax that letter to 501-664-4538 and present the original when you registerat the auction. We accept cash, We do not accept Credit Cards. If you are using a finance/leasing company to pay, contact us prior to the auction and inform us of the payment policy. If you would like to wire transfer funds, please call for pre approval.
Remaoval of Equipment : Buyers are responsible for removing all items. Remove all items as soon as possible. All equipment must be removed within one week of the auction. Buyers are responisible for their purchases at the fall of the hammer.
