AUCTIONEER’S NOTE:
THIS MUSKOGEE YARD HAS BECOME A PLACE WHERE CONTRACTORS CAN SELL EQUIPMENT RIGHT OFF THEIR JOBS - WHEN THEY DON’T HAVE ENOUGH ITEMS FOR THEIR OWN AUCTION (BLACKMON STILL DOES ON SITE AUCTIONS ALL OVER THE U.S.) THEY BRING IT HERE! COUNTIES, OTHER CONTRACTORS AND FINANCE COMPANIES ARE SELLING GOOD ITEMS IN THIS AUCTION. EXTREMELY GOOD LINEUP OF TRUCKS, TRAILERS, DOZERS, LOADERS, EXCAVATORS, PICKUPS AND FLATBEDS AND MORE. MOST OF THESE ITEMS WERE ON THE JOBS WORKING WHEN THIS BROCHURE WAS BEING PRINTED. THERE WILL BE MANY MORE ITEMS AT THIS AUCTION SO COME FOR CONTRACTOR OWNED EQUIPMENT AND BE PREPARED FOR MORE.
Auction Schedule & Equipment Inspection:
The auction begins at 9:00 AM Central Time. The auction should be over around 2pM - A few hundred items, selling quickly!
We typically start on some small items then begin selling pickups, flatbeds, trucks, and trailers. After the trailers we sell some support items and then into the big equipment. You can begin delivering and inspect all items that have arrived at the auction site during our regular business hours. We will be open beginning Monday, September 17 from 8AM to 5pM Monday-Friday and Saturday 8 ‘til noon (or longer, if needed - Just contact Billy at 501-352-4703 before that Saturday).
If you have Trucks or Equipment to sell, just deliver them to the yard during those hours.
Registration & Auction Format:
In order to bid at this auction you must register and receive a bid number. You will register at the auction site. You will need a Driver’s License or passport. There is no fee for registration. This is a public auction.
TERMS OF AUCTION:
Only a 1% Buyer’s premium will be charged on items that sell for over $1,000. A 10% Buyers premium will be charged on all items that sell for $1,000 or less. Seller’s Commission is 8% on big items. Free unloading and loading. Secure Yard. Seller’s checks are mailed quickly, the Friday one week after the auction.
A Complete payment in U.S. Funds must be made on the day of the auction. We accept personal and company checks only with a guaranteed letter of credit from your bank. Please fax that letter to 501-664-4538 and present the original when registering at the auction. We accept cash. We do not accept credit cards. If you are using a finance/leasing company to pay, contact us prior to the auction and inform us of the payment policy. If you would like to wire transfer funds, please call for pre approval.
REMOVAL OF EQUIPMENT:
BUYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR REMOVING ALL ITEMS. REMOVE ALL ITEMS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. ALL EQUIPMENT MUST BE REMOVED WITHIN ONE WEEK OF THE AUCTION. BUYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR PURCHASES AT THE FALL OF THE HAMMER.
