Terms:

A 10% (Ten Percent) Buyer’s Commission will be charged on every item. A Complete Payment in U.S. Funds must be made on the day of the auction. We accept personal and company checks only with a guaranteed letter of credit from your bank.

Equipment Removal:

The buyer will be responsible for the removal of all equipment. The larger items will require assistance which will be the responsibility of the buyer. There will be use of the forklift on the day of the auction. Please make prior arrangements & be prepared to remove all items ASAP as the ECD nor Blackmon Auctions will be responsible for items left after the auction. If you plan to cut items you must have proper insurance and provide that to us before the auction.

 

Auction Schedule & Inspection:

The auction will start at 9:00AM sharp and will be over before 11:00AM. Come early. The Blackmon Crew will be on site for inspection the day before the auction from 9AM ‘til 4:30PM and back again the morning of the auction at 7AM.
